RNC Headquarters Construction
The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Headquarters, located at Fort Townshend, St. John's is currently undergoing major renovations. Due to this construction, access and parking is limited. A temporary Parade Street vehicle access will soon be open and it will then be the only public access available to the RNC Headquarters main entrance.
During regular business hours the general public may also file Police and Accident Reports at the West District Office located at 59 Clyde Avenue, Mount Pearl. This office is located in the City of Mount Pearl Public Works Depot, near the intersection of Clyde Avenue and Bruce Street in the Donovans Business Park. Please note, this location can be utilized to file only police and accident reports. Other business such as Applications for Criminal Records Screening Certificates (Certificates of Conduct) must still be filed at RNC Headquarters, Fort Townshend, St. John's.
