There are TWO parts to the Application:
- Electronic Submission; and
- Manual Submission.
Please be sure to complete BOTH steps. Failure to do so will result in you being disqualified.
Completed applications will only be accepted with all required documents electronically attached within one email to: email@example.com with the title of that email formatted as follows: RNC Cadet Program 2020 – First Middle Last
For example: “RNC Cadet Program 2020 – John Jacob Smith”
All of the following must be submitted electronically with your completed application. Failure to do so may result in your application being screened out. Please read carefully and check to be sure all of the following are electronically attached to your application email before sending:
Valid Standard First Aid and CPR (if cannot be obtained before deadline, application will still be accepted on the condition it is obtained at earliest convenience);
An electronic copy of your Birth Certificate;
An electronic copy of your Canadian Citizenship (i.e. passport) or Permanent Residency (if applicable);
An electronic copy of your Social Insurance Number (SIN) card or documented proof of SIN from Revenue Canada;
An electronic copy of both sides of a valid driver’s license;
An electronic copy of signed Acknowledgement and Declaration Form;
An electronic copy of signed Authorization for Release of Information Form;
An electronic copy of a completed RNC Vision Standard Assessment Form (must be signed and dated within six months prior to application);
An electronic copy of a completed RNC Recruitment Hearing Standard (must be signed and dated within six months prior to application);
An electronic copy of your resume clearly demonstrating all skills, interests, sports, hobbies, and community volunteer activities;
An electronic copy of all official academic transcript(s) including post-secondary AND high school (where applicable, include Educational Credential Assessment to verify that your foreign degree, diploma, certificate is valid and equal to a Canadian one as issued by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada);
An electronic copy of a passport photo (approx. 2×2 inches)
An electronic copy of your Driver Training Certification(s) if applicable (for any modes of transportation you may be licensed to operate);

As applicants advance in the process, they will be required to take a polygraph test. Therefore, all applicants must complete the pre-polygraph questionnaire and submit it manually before the application deadline.
The following must be printed, completed by hand, and mailed in hard copy:

Note: The RNC will not accept hand delivered applications or forms. Envelopes should be marked CONFIDENTIAL. Applicants name should also be visible on the outside of the envelope.
