(St. John’s, NL) January 13, 2025 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) has arrested wanted person, Matthew Scott of Conception Bay South (CBS).

Scott, 38, is accused of operating a conveyance while prohibited, dangerous operation of motor vehicle, flight from police, and breach of a court order in connection with an investigation launched on December 19, 2024, after patrol officers observed a suspicious vehicle in the Robert’s Road area of CBS.

Scott was taken into custody on Saturday (Jan. 11) and held to appear in Provincial Court.
