Upon graduation, Recruit Constables will be placed on a one year probationary period under the guidance of an Experienced Coach Officer. Upon completion of the probationary year, the Recruit Constables will be required to complete the Physical Abilities Requirement Evaluation (PARE) again.
At this time, the PARE must be completed in 4 mins, the push-pull weight is 80 lbs, and the torso bag weight is 100 lbs.
