RNC Investigating Armed Robbery in Corner Brook

(Corner Brook, NL), November 21, 2022 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) are investigating an armed robbery, which occurred overnight in Corner Brook.

Just after midnight, into Monday, November 21, 2022, RNC Operational Patrol Services responded to a report of an armed robbery that had just occurred at a business on Commercial Street in Corner Brook. After entering the business, a lone suspect presented a weapon while demanding cash. After a brief altercation with an individual inside the business, the suspect fled the area. A female victim sustained minor physical injury.

Investigators are searching for a male suspect, believed to be approximately 30 years old, standing about five feet and eight inches tall, with a slim build. He wore blue lens glasses and a green oilskin style jacket.
