(St. John’s, NL) June 9, 2025 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) is investigating a fatal motor vehicle collision involving an ATV that occurred in Pouch Cove.

On Sunday (June 8), at approximately 1:20 p.m., Operational Patrol Services responded to a report of a single ATV collision, which is believed to have occurred overnight. The operator, a 68-year-old male, was pronounced deceased by emergency personnel at the scene.

The RNC sends sincere condolences to friends and family of the deceased.

Collision analysts are seeking any information, including video footage (CCTV or dash camera) from the area that may be connected to the collision.
