(St. John’s, NL) October 31, 2024 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) is seeking information from the public following a vehicle-pedestrian collision in St. John’s.

Around 7:45 p.m. Wednesday (Oct. 30), Operational Patrol Services responded to a collision on Prince of Wales Street where a 73-year-old pedestrian suffered significant injuries. The operator of the SUV remained on scene and is fully co-operating with the investigation.

RNC collision analysts are seeking any information, including video footage (CCTV or dash camera), from the area of Prince of Wales Street, between Fitzpatrick Avenue and Pennywell Road, in the lead up to or following the collision.
