RNC Make Arrest Connected to Property Damage

(St. John’s, NL), August 6, 2025 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) have made an arrest connected to property damage at a business in St. John’s.

On July 24, the RNC received a report of property damage at a commercial property on Water Street. Investigators determined that a male had spray painted the exterior walls of the business.

On Saturday (August 2), 28-year-old Daniel Humby was arrested in connection with the investigation. Humby was held in custody to appear in Provincial Court in relation to charges of mischief, assaulting a police officer, breach of probation order, and breach of release order.
