(St. John’s, NL) November 27, 2025 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) is searching for Michael Oakley of St. John’s, wanted for a number of violent offences.

Oakley, who also goes by the name Michael Pippy, is described as being approximately 6’1” tall, 140 lbs, with blonde hair and blue eyes.

The 26-year-old is wanted for charges of assault, assault with a weapon, forcible confinement, uttering threats, injuring or endangering an animal, armed robbery, breach of a firearm prohibition order, using a firearm in commission of an offence, carelessly using a firearm, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, carrying a concealed weapon, unauthorized possession of a firearm, and failure to comply with a release order.
