(St. John’s, NL) October 31, 2024 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) is seeking information following a hit-and-run in St. John’s.

On Oct. 17, the RNC received a report that a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on Kelsey Drive at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Oct.15. The vehicle involved failed to stop and left the area without providing any assistance. The pedestrian sustained injuries and required medical attention.

The vehicle involved is believed to have been an SUV, and was travelling towards Kenmount Road in the area of Walmart when the collision occurred.

Anyone with information, or video footage (CCTV or dash camera) from the area in the lead up to, or immediately following the collision, is asked to contact the RNC at 709-729-8000.
