RNC Seek Public’s Help in Hit-and-Run Investigation

(St. John’s, NL) December 23, 2024 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) is investigating following a hit-and-run vehicle pedestrian collision in Conception Bay South.

Operational Patrol Services responded to a motor-vehicle collision involving a pedestrian in the Garden Road area just before 10 p.m. Sunday (Dec. 22). A 42-year-old male pedestrian suffered serious injuries as a result and was sent to hospital for treatment. A suspect vehicle was located nearby.

RNC collision analysts are seeking any witnesses or video footage (CCTV, dash-camera, cell phone) from the area of Garden Road and Morgans Road between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. Sunday.
