(Labrador City, NL) May 24, 2025 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) issued a seven-day license suspension and seized a vehicle in connection with impairment by alcohol after receiving a tip from the public.
On Saturday (May 24) at approximately 2:00 p.m. Operational Patrol Services (OPS) in Labrador West received a call regarding a possible impaired driver. Officers located the vehicle and conducted a traffic safety stop near the intersection of Route 500 and 503. The male driver was administered the roadside screening device. As a result, he was issued seven-day license suspension and has his vehicle impounded.
