(St. John’s, NL) February 27, 2026 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) has lifted the shelter-in-place that had been issued for an area of Kenmount Terrace in St. John’s.

Residents of Ann Harvey Place, Sir Wilfred Grenfell Street, Cape Norman Street, Orlando Place, and Henry Larsen Street can now resume normal activities.

Two men and one woman have been taken into custody without incident.

The RNC thanks the public for their assistance with this matter.
