(Labrador City, NL) September 23, 2026 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) in Labrador West is seeking the public’s help with an arson investigation.

Operational Patrol Services responded to a small fire in the pan of a parked truck outside the Wabush Hotel on the night of Aug. 14. There was no damage to the truck as the blaze was quickly extinguished by hotel guests.

Officers are seeking any witnesses or video footage (CCTV, dash camera, cell phone) from the area between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m.
