(Labrador City, NL) October 22, 2024 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) has issued a driving suspension and seized a vehicle following impaired driving in Labrador City.
At approximately 7:45 a.m. on Sunday (Oct. 20), Operational Patrol Services responded to a report of a possible impaired driver in the area of Luce Street. Responding officers located the suspect vehicle in a nearby parking lot a short time later.
Following an investigation, the operator was found to be impaired by alcohol in contravention of the Highway Traffic Act. The 47-year-old male driver from Bay Roberts was issued a driving suspension.
