RNC Searching for Wanted Persons Following Robbery

(St. John’s, NL) March 20, 2025 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) are seeking to arrest two males following a robbery in Mount Pearl.

On Wednesday (March 19), just before 7 a.m., RNC Operational Patrol Services (OPS) responded to a report of a robbery that had just occurred at a business on Commonwealth Avenue. The suspects had fled the area in a vehicle prior to the arrival of police.

The RNC are seeking to arrest 28-year-old Peter Campbell and 44-year-old Shane Ryan, both of St. John’s. They are facing charges including robbery and possession of property obtained by crime. Campbell is also charged with a breach of a release order and a breach of a probation order, while Ryan also faces a breach of a probation order. The investigation conducted by responding officers resulted in the identification of the accused.
