RNC in Labrador City Arrest Impaired Driver

(Labrador City, NL) January 26, 2026 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) has charged a male with impaired driving.

Operational Patrol Services conducted a traffic stop on Bartlett Drive in Labrador City around 2:50 a.m. Sunday (Jan. 25).

The 28-year-old driver failed the roadside screening and was arrested and subsequently charged with impaired driving and operating over the legal limit. His vehicle was impounded and license suspended. He was released to appear in court at a later date.
