RNC Arrest Male for Property Damage

(St. John’s, NL) March 31, 2026 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) has made an arrest following property damage in St. John’s.

Yesterday (March 30) around 9:30 p.m., Operational Patrol Services responded to a suspicious male at the intersection of Burgeo Street and Topsail Road. Upon arrival, officers located the male who was reported to have caused damage to a bus. While arresting the male for the damages, he attempted to bite officers and uttered threats toward them.

As a result, 44-year-old Vincent Clarke has been charged with mischief by causing property damage, assaulting a police officer and uttering threats. He was held to appear in court.
