(St. John’s, NL) June 12, 2026 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) is seeking the assistance of the public in locating missing person Michael Talbot of St. John’s.

The 65-year-old is described as approximately 5’9″ tall and a slim build. He was last seen in the downtown area wearing a black hoodie, black jacket, blue jeans, and black and white sneakers.
