(St. John’s, NL) May 30, 2026 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) is seeking the assistance of the general public in locating missing person, William Sheppard of St. John’s.
Sheppard was last seen in the area of the Health Science Center on May 21, 2026. Sheppard is Caucasian, and is described as being 5’6”, 160-185lbs, with short brown hair.
