Response to Disturbance Results in Arrest in St. John’s

(St. John’s, NL), March 27, 2024 – The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) made an arrest following a response to a disturbance in St. John’s.

 

On Tuesday (March 26) at approximately 5:00 p.m., patrol officers responded to a report of a disturbance in progress at a home located in center-city St. John’s. Responding officers determined that a 38-year-old man at the residence was failing to comply with a release order. He was arrested at the scene without incident.

 

The accused was held in custody to appear in Provincial Court in relation to a charge of failure to comply with a release order.
